Fantasy Fudge -- Kathy B.

 

3 cups white sugar

3/4 (1 1/2 sticks) cup margarine

2/3 cup (5 1/2-fl. oz can) evaporated milk

1 (12 oz) package semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 (7-oz) jars marshmallow creme

1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Combine sugar, margarine and milk in a heavy saucepan; bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in the chocolate chips until melted. Add the marshmallow creme, walnuts(optional) and vanilla; beat until well blended. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Cool at room temperature.

 


 

 

Fudge -- Pat

 

5 c. sugar

1 lg. can evaporated milk

3/4 c. butter

18 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 8 oz. jar marshmallow cream

2 c. chopped nuts

1 tsp. vanilla

 

Combine ingredients. Bring to a boil on low heat, boil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add the chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, vanilla and nuts. Stir til well blended. Let it cool slightly & pour into a greased 15 1/2 x 8 1/2 jelly roll pan.
